Treat your weary wanderers limbs to the ultimate muscle melting massage. Feet, legs and lower back muscles are bathed in heated towels then coated in warming ayurvedic oils where they are gently stretched, pummeled and kneaded to an ancient Goan rhythm. This massage is sure to put the bounce and strength back into the weariest post levada legs.

Blue Marlin Massage (30mins) €59.00

After fighting a grander this massage will complete your adrenaline soaked deep sea adventure making it one of the most memorable of your life. Cooling coconut oil is applied to your sun soaked scalp, shoulders, hands, arms and back where pressure points are activated and muscles manipulated to free your body of all fishing tension and leave you focused and ready for more marlin mayhem.

Palheiro Spa includes four treatment rooms, a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Spa complex also includes a fitness room equipped with a power plate, treadmill, bicycle, rowing machine and weights. A personal trainer can be arranged on request.
